What is the minimum lease?

30 days. We offer residential leases only. 12 months or longer: base price. 30 days to under 6 months: + NT$1,000 a month, 6 to under 12 months: + NT$500 a month.

What does the utilities fee cover?

NT$1,000 a month, flat. It covers electricity, water, gas, internet, and shared supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags).

What do I pay when I move in?

A deposit of 1 month’s rent, the first month’s rent and utilities, and a one-time move-in fee of NT$1,500.
